TERMS AND POLICIES OF LEOCOR

Welcome to Leocor (LT International) ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase through www.leocor.in ("Website"), you ("User", "Customer") agree to comply with and be bound by the following policies, terms, and conditions. These policies outline the legal obligations of both the User and Leocor.

Leocor reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these policies at its sole discretion. Any modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Users are encouraged to review these policies periodically.

1. SHIPPING POLICY

1.1 Coverage

Leocor currently delivers products across the territory of India, subject to the availability of delivery services at the specified shipping address. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations where logistics services are unavailable.

1.2 Order Processing Time

1.2.1. Orders placed on the Website shall be processed within two (2) to three (3) business days, excluding weekends, national, and state holidays.

1.2.2. Processing times may be extended in cases of high order volume, force majeure events, unforeseen circumstances, or during sales/promotional periods.

1.3 Estimated Delivery Time

1.3.1. The estimated delivery time for orders is five (5) to seven (7) business days, depending on the location of the recipient and third-party logistics partner constraints.

1.3.2. Leocor shall not be responsible for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, customs clearance delays, logistical disruptions, or any event beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

1.4 Shipping Charges

1.4.1. Standard shipping charges shall be applicable based on order value and delivery location.

1.4.2. Free shipping shall be applicable on all orders with a total cart value exceeding ₹499, after applying discounts and promotional codes, if any.

1.4.3. Leocor reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.

1.5 Receipt and Acceptance of Shipment

1.5.1. Upon receipt of the order, the Customer is required to inspect the package for any tampering, damage, or discrepancies.

1.5.2. In case of any visible damage or tampering, the Customer is advised to refuse delivery and immediately notify Leocor at support@leocor.in.

1.5.3. Any claims regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, failing which Leocor shall not be liable for replacement or refund.

2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

2.1 No Returns on Cosmetic and Hygiene Products

2.1.1. Due to health, safety, and hygiene considerations, cosmetic products are non-returnable.

2.1.2. Additionally, no returns or exchanges shall be accepted for hygiene-related products, including but not limited to intimate wash, personal care items, and skincare products.

2.2 Refund Eligibility for Defective or Damaged Products

2.2.1. If a product is received in a defective or damaged condition attributable to a manufacturing defect, the Customer may be eligible for a refund.

2.2.2. Refund requests must be initiated within seven (7) days of delivery and must be accompanied by:

Clear photographic or video evidence of the defect/damage.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).

2.2.3. Leocor reserves the right to verify claims before processing refunds.

2.3 Refund Processing

2.3.1. Approved refunds shall be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.

2.3.2. No cash refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.

2.3.3. If the refund is delayed beyond ten (10) business days, the Customer should contact their respective payment provider.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

3.1.1. Customers may cancel an order within twenty-four (24) hours of placing it.

3.1.2. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email at support@leocor.in with the order details.

3.2 Non-Cancellable Orders

3.2.1. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed, shipped, or dispatched.

3.2.2. Leocor reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests beyond the specified cancellation window.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

4.1. Leocor is committed to protecting Customers' privacy and ensuring that all personal information is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

4.2. Customer information is collected and processed solely for:

Order fulfillment and delivery.
Customer support and service enhancements.
Marketing and promotional activities (subject to opt-out options).

4.3. Leocor does not sell, rent, distribute, or disclose personal data to third parties, except as required by law or to comply with regulatory authorities.

5.2 Security & Fraud Prevention

5.2.1. All payment transactions conducted through www.leocor.in are encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology.

5.2.2. Leocor shall not be liable for unauthorized transactions, payment failures, or banking errors occurring outside its payment gateway infrastructure.

5.2.3. Customers are advised to verify their payment details before proceeding and ensure they use a secure network.
